About Me
Caring with compassion starts with listening to my patients and keeping their needs paramount in all of my actions.
I dedicated a total of 17 years providing high quality medical care to our Service members and their families at home and abroad. I started my military career as an Army medic and orthopedic technician before ultimately serving as an Army physician. As an Army physician I held a wide variety of positions including medical director, armored cavalry physician and teaching faculty. I’m tremendously excited about starting a new chapter of my life and bringing the same level of care and enthusiasm to Quincy.
Healthcare is becoming increasingly complex with the increased role of multi-disciplinary care, expansion of medical treatments, and technology. I’ve found that as a Family Medicine physician I can help my patients navigate the healthcare system and get sustained health benefits by providing comprehensive care before and after subspecialty referrals. In other words, I help patients through education, prevention of illness, and reinforcement of treatment plans laid out by myself and other physicians.
My goal when I wake up every day is to have a positive impact on at least one person and to care with compassion. Caring with compassion starts with listening to my patients and keeping their needs paramount in all of my actions. In order to truly care with compassion, we must be passionate about medicine and that’s what I bring to the clinic every day.
