Anyone may thank a deserving support staff member by filling out this form!

Each Honey Bee Award Honoree will be recognized at a public ceremony in her/his unit and will receive a beautiful certificate, a tray of sticky buns, and a jar of home-grown honey.  The home-grown honey signifies the role the support staff play in our patients’ lives, they are the “sticky” honey that binds us together.
