Blessing Hospice would like to cordially invite you and your family to our annual Memorial Service. This year’s Memorial Service is going to be virtual on September 7, 2021 at 1pm.
Caring for your loved one was an honor; and this is a blessed time for our staff to remember, reflect, and to reconnect with you. 2020 was a difficult year due to Covid 19 and the restrictions that were placed in order to prevent the spread of infection. Blessing Hospice was not able to have a memorial service during 2020 and 2021 was delayed due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
Blessing Hospice wants to be able to honor your loved ones during a special remembrance ceremony. We will be honoring individuals we served from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2021.
For your loved one’s name to be honored during our memorial service you will need to complete the following form below.
