I have a passion for the aging population; providing patients and their loved ones support as they navigate through the new stages of their lives. It is an honor and privilege to earn my patient’s trust and to have the ability to build rapport with each patient and their families. I chose a career in social work because I enjoy being a support for others and connecting them with resources that empower them to continue on their journey to health and happiness. I have experience with Care Coordination and Home Care and often utilize supportive counseling, psychoeducation, and a solution-focused approach when meeting with patients.
