Peggy Tarr, CNA, Skilled Nursing Unit, received Blessing Hospital’s 40th Honey Bee award during a presentation on February 23, 2022.The Blessing Hospital Honey Bee award recognizes the service provided by support staff.
Peggy was nominated by her fellow SNU staff members. The nomination read in part:
“Peggy is so devoted to her patients. She is well known by patients for making them milkshakes, which puts a smile on their face! She is always doing random acts of kindness for her peers and patients.”
“Peggy really is always a call away and does her best to fill any staffing needs. Staff want to work alongside her with her cheerful and positive attitude. Peggy also trains new staff, making sure they know all the ins and outs of the job”.
“She has a servant’s heart and should be rewarded for her service. We are thankful to have her on SNU!”
