From the moment of diagnosis, you are a survivor. For National Cancer Survivors Day 2022, we will host a Survivors Day Parade. Survivors will receive a free t-shirt in the awareness color of your choice to wear as we do the pinning ceremony and come together in fellowship and support.
The 2022 parade takes place on Friday, June 3 from 12-2 pm in Lot 21 at 11th & College for this year’s Survivor Day Parade.
Fill out the form below to order your free Survivors shirt. Forms are due by Wednesday, May 11. Please complete a new form for each shirt. Survivor shirts are provided at no cost to the individual. Light refreshments will be served.
All Survivor T-Shirts will be available for pickup starting Tuesday, May 31, at Ted’s Shirt Shack, located at 2811 Bluff Ridge Drive in Quincy. Any shirts not picked up by 5 pm on Thursday, June 2 will be available at the Survivor Day Parade on Friday, June 3 in Lot 21 of Blessing Hospital, located at 11th & College in Quincy.
