I've been a licensed professional counselor sice 2012 and have worked in outpatient & residential settings.

I have training in eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), Dyadic Development Psychotherapy (DDP), Therapy, & Trust-Based Relational Interventions (TBRI).

Through my experience & training my approach is very trauma-informed and focused on the patent. I hear what my patients want for themselves and who they want to be. I not only address the symptoms but the cause of the symptoms as well. I believe it is important to see the amazing qualities in patients and help them to see it in themselves.
