Margaret (Maggie) Ozan-Rafferty, RN, MHA, MBA, DHA, Chief Experience Officer, Blessing Health System, has been selected to participate in the 2020 Baldrige Executive Fellows Program. It is a one-year, nationally ranked leadership development experience for direct reports to the most senior leader in an organization.
The Baldrige Executive Fellows Program provides one-on-one access to Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipients and the opportunity for program participants to learn from these high performing executives and to role model the management strategies of the award winning organizations in their own organizations.
The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award is the nation’s highest award for organizational performance excellence. Dr. Ozan-Rafferty served on the Board of Examiners for the 2019 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
A Quincy resident and registered nurse, Dr. Ozan-Rafferty holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Doctor of Health Administration from Central Michigan Univeristy. She is responsible for leading Blessing Health System’s efforts to deliver a seamless consumer experience across the organization.
