To submit a schedule for a currently enrolled child of the ELC, please fill out the information below:

Enter child's first and last name.

Enter the Sunday as the beginning of the week with the format mm/dd/yyyy. A menu with days of the week will appear next. 

(Example: 8a-5p). Select "Monday-Friday" for children that keep the same hours all five days. For vacation days, use VACATION.
