Blessing Health System has partnered with the Adams County Health Department to help with the mass vaccination effort, focusing on large employers for several manufacturing, retail and wholesale grocery businesses in Adams County. These groups are eligible for the vaccine based on the Health Department’s current phase 1B of vaccine distribution.
“We are excited to have this opportunity to support the Adams County Health Department in facilitating vaccine clinics with local employers in the community,” said Maureen Kahn, RN, MHA, President/Chief Executive Officer, Blessing Health System and Blessing Hospital. “This allows the Health Department to focus on providing large second dose clinics for individuals who have received the first dose of the vaccine throughout the last several weeks.”
