About Me

Taking care of people has always been a part of who I am. I was a Cardiac Intensive Care Nurse for 20 years, 14 of which were in a large heart program in Morristown, New Jersey and 6 years here at Blessing in the heart unit. I bring that extensive experience with me to my current role as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in the Cardiovascular Unit at Blessing Hospital as well as with the Heart Valve Clinic. I am in a unique position to work with patients both in the outpatient setting and while they are in the hospital. I have found, regardless of the setting, patients simply want to be heard and expect a clear explanation of their diagnosis and treatment plan. It is my privilege as a Nurse Practitioner and Valve Clinic Coordinator to get to know my patients by listening intently to their concerns, collaborating with my Physician colleagues, and developing a personalized treatment plan for each patient. I want my patients to know that I will be there to listen and address their questions, will provide competent and thorough care, and will ensure that they understand the treatment plan each step of the way.
