About Me
I have a true passion for end of life care. It is a privilege to be alongside a patient and their family as they navigate the road of disease management and end of life. Building rapport and trust with my patients and their families is at the utmost importance to me.
I started my career with Blessing Health System in 2019 as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the acute care and emergency room hospital setting. In December of 2020 I joined the Blessing Hospice and Palliative care team as a LCSW. I received my bachelor’s degree in social work in 2011 and master’s degree in social work in 2016, both from Illinois State University. In 2019, I obtained my Illinois Clinical Social Work License.I have worked in social services for over 10 years with experience in crisis intervention, mental health, and medical social work.
I have also worked with a variety of age populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. I look forward to continuing to work with patients and their families in our community.
