About Me

Dr. Seto dreamed of becoming a doctor since childhood. As a hand and upper extremity surgeon, he takes care of hands, wrists, forearms as well as a number of conditions in the elbows.

“As a physician I can help people alleviate their sufferings due to injuries or other conditions. In addition to managing my patients conservatively, as a surgeon it is gratifying to use my own hands to make a difference in their conditions, to help them get back the use of the hands in their activities of daily living.”

Care of every patient begins with a conversation.

“It’s important to listen and take time to understand my patient’s concerns and discuss with them the best treatment plan.”
