About Me

A career in medicine chose me. I am proud to say that over the past eleven years as a Registered Nurse, I gained valuable and incomparable skills to prepare me for a career in advanced practice. My previous experiences in oncology and leadership have provided me with the ability to not only care for the disease or illness, but for the person as a whole. I am dedicated to building a strong trustworthy practice in a rural community.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I want to partner with patients, families, and communities to promote better health outcomes. Growing up in a rural community, I know that it is extremely important to have access to high quality healthcare without traveling long distances. Rural areas deserve great healthcare, including preventative health measures. My vision as a Family Nurse Practitioner is to provide excellent healthcare that is individualized to each patient’s specific needs and expectations.

My husband and I are raising our children in a local small community where he was born. I want to provide the same level of support to my patients that we have been fortunate enough to receive. I look forward to building long lasting relationships with my patients.
