About Me

Since I was young, I was interested in becoming a doctor to help others when they were sick or hurt.  I chose pediatrics as a career because I was inspired by the courage of children in the face of illness or injury as well as their resiliency and toughness.  It is also a privilege to be a source of information and support for families as they raise their children.

I enjoy figuring out the problems and solving the puzzles that are part of working to improve patients’ well-being; I also try to take time to answer parents’ questions and educate them on their child’s condition.  Pediatrics has been very rewarding for me, and I look forward to continue practicing for many years to come.
