For Jamey Washburn, FNP-BC, caring for patients in a rural community is about more than providing medical treatment—it's an opportunity to build relationships that last a lifetime. She values the unique opportunity to care for multiple generations of families and walk alongside them through every stage of life.

“Serving families in a small community is so rewarding because you're able to invest in these people,” Jamey says. “You treat the entire family, and you get to see them grow up. You have an opportunity to help them throughout their lives, whether it's pediatric care or geriatric care.”

As a provider at the Warsaw Clinic, Jamey is passionate about improving access to care and ensuring patients feel supported. Her approach is rooted in holistic care, focusing on the whole person rather than just a diagnosis. 

“I want to be an advocate for my patients and their health,” she explains. “Patients deserve to be seen not just physically, but from an emotional level as well.”

Jamey is also excited about the resources available through Blessing Health System. 

“There's so much access when it comes to helping others,” she says. “I'm excited to tap into that network to help patients and create a better quality of life.”

Outside of the clinic, Jamey enjoys cheering on her children at sporting events, spending time with family on the farm in Warsaw, and being active in the community she proudly serves.
