About Me

"Engage the individual, provider and community to educate and empower them on their health and wellness journey to live a healthier life."

I have been providing psychotherapy services in Quincy for several years, starting at Blessing in 2014. I utilize an eclectic approach on therapy to find what evidence-based therapy best suits my patients. Currently at the B.E.S.T. Self Center, Blessing’s Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs, I serve as the Coordinator where I assess patient’s behavioral health needs to see if they would be a good fit at the center. I also provide group and individual therapy within the programs. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing and I am a trained Pain Resource Professional.
