About Me

I chose a career in healthcare because I have a strong desire to help others. My career started as a Certified Nursing Assistant. My love of helping others allowed me to advance my career and continue my education to become a nurse practitioner. I have worked in many areas of healthcare such as nursing homes, cardiology, family medicine, as well as inpatient hospital care.

The most rewarding thing about caring for people is the connection that I have with my patients. I enjoy learning about their life, their family and what makes them who they are. It has been very meaningful for me to be able to care for patients in every aspect of their life.

Creating an environment of trust and compassion comes very easy to me. I treat patients the way I would want to be treated. I truly love getting to know them individually and helping them reach their healthcare goals. Working together as a team is important. We will learn, laugh and sometimes cry but we will get through all of it together.
