Whether you are an early bird, a night owl, or an in-between personality when it comes to your favorite time of day to do personal business, Blessing Health offers an option to help.
Blessing patients can now make a payment by phone, any day at any time, using an automated payment system. With the statement to be paid in hand:
- The first step is to dial the Patient Financial Services department at 217-277-3512 and when prompted enter the number 1.
- The second step – when prompted - is to enter the Medical Record Number, located in the upper right-hand corner of the statement, and then enter the date of birth of the person responsible for paying the bill.
- The final step – when prompted - is to enter a credit or debit card number to make a partial or full payment.
No waiting in line. No being on hold. Available around the clock, any day of the year. Personal business complete.
The automated payment option is available to all patients, no matter at what Blessing facility throughout the Tri-State area they received their care.
Blessing continues to offer online payment at blessinghealth.org/billpay, payment by phone with the assistance of a Patient Financial Services representative during the business day at the same number as listed above, and payment in person at any Blessing Health hospital or clinic.
