Born at Blessing Hospital, Pam Shepherd, informatics analyst, will retire from Blessing on June 22 after 45 years of service.

“It’s hard to summarize 45 years in a few words,” she said. “A lifetime career of learning opportunities, forever friendships, service to our community and blessed to have experienced it all at Blessing Hospital. I’m grateful for working beside absolutely amazing people that now feel more like family than co-workers. I’ve seen first-hand how our team comes together with the patient as our number 1 priority. I’ve always felt thankful and humbled to be a part of such a great and vital organization to our community.”
A graduate of Cedarville University in Ohio, with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Pam served in the Patient Access department, including as department manager, before joining the Information Systems team and the position from which she retires.
She and her husband, Steve, have a son and daughter, and a granddaughter and grandson.
