Blessing Hospital has made the following two changes to visiting guidelines effective immediately:

  1. Non-COVID inpatients are allowed two visitors at a time in their room between 8 am and 8 pm.
  2. The Blessing Hospital Cafeteria and the Tea Room are again open to visitors.

Other restrictions will not change. COVID positive patients may have one visitor per day, between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm, if the visitor is fully vaccinated. The visitor must have received their second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine more than 14 days before the visit. Visitors to COVID positive patients must bring proof of their vaccination.

In addition:

  • Visitors should continue to use the main entrance at 11th and Spring streets. Visitors for inpatients must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Visitors are required to bring a driver’s license or state issued photo ID to be permitted into the building. All visitors will receive a mask and be required to wear it during their visit.
  • Personal Protective Equipment they will be given to visitors as appropriate when entering the patient’s room.
  • Visitors for Skilled Nursing Unit (SNU) patients must call SNU to schedule a visit.
