The Blessing Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization. If you make a donation, you may be eligible for a variety of tax benefits. Your gift will make a difference, with 100 percent of your donation going to the cause you choose.

Choice: The Blessing Foundation Difference

As a donor, you can choose where to allocate your gift from many funds at Blessing and Illini Community Hospital, and College of Nursing scholarships we offer. If we don’t have a fund or scholarship that appeals to you, you can create a fund in your name and specify how the money can be spent.

Your options for donating include:

  • Restricted funds: These funds specify an area, medical condition or way that the funds can be spent. From helping families with premature babies to supporting cancer care, we have a fund that meets your donation goals.

  • Unrestricted funds: You can give an unrestricted gift that will go into a general fund supporting improvements in healthcare at Blessing.

  • Scholarships: Choose from scholarships we offer our students at the Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing & Health Sciences.
